Creating a report showing requests not processed

Go to Collection Systems Integration > Operational Reports > Statistics Reports > Requests Not Processed.

Enter a Route ID or click Search to use the query tool.

Specify a pre-defined Time Period or enter a Start Date and End Date for data you wish to view.

Select the appropriate Time Zone.

Click Run Report.

(Optional) Click the Print icon to send the report to a local printer, or click Export Report to save the file on your local machine.
